Andy Roesch >>

Andy Roesch grew up in a ballooning family. His parents purchased their first balloon in the summer of 1976 in Wichita, Kansas. Andy has been a balloonist ever since and spent his youth idolizing the early modern hot-air balloon innovators such as Ed Yost, Tracy Barnes, Don Piccard, Bruce Comstock, and of course the legendary Mike Adams. His family moved to the more balloon-friendly climate of the metro Phoenix, Arizona area in 1986, where Andy earned his pilot's license in 1993 after being taught by his father, Jon.

Andy has held a variety of jobs during his life, but none as thrilling as when he started flying balloons professionally in 2014. He is now honored and beyond thrilled to be with a company that proudly bears the name of one of his childhood heroes.

<< Brian Magee

Brian has been around balloons since 1994. His strong love for ballooning and all things aviation started at The Great Wellsville Balloon Rally in NY, one of the oldest balloon events in the Northeast. He continues to be involved in this festival today by overseeing pilot and sponsor relations.

After crewing for many years, he earned his pilot certificate in 2009. Since this time Brian has been involved in all aspects of ballooning from ride operations to balloon manufacturing, and currently a DAR-F for the FAA.

Brian holds degrees in both Biology and Spanish, a Masters in higher education administration, and a doctorate in educational leadership.

<< Dana Wright

Dana fell in love with hot air balloons in 2018 when she began to crew for hot air balloon pilots in southern Arizona. Since that first day at the launch site, hot air ballooning has been her passion. She has been a Crew Chief for ride companies as well as sport balloon teams. Dana is currently a student pilot. Ballooning has given her the opportunity to travel to so many amazing places and met so many outstanding individuals. Becoming involved with the manufacturing of hot air balloons at Adams has been a natural fit for her.

Dana works primarily in the office and assists with production as needed. She enjoys working with our suppliers as well as keeping all the documentation and paperwork in order. Dana’s personality is perfectly suited for overseeing the organization and management of business files and FAA documentation.
